Council meets in work sesson the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 4:00 in Council Chambers at City Hall. Regular session meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. on the Thursday following each work session. NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 12-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. It is a designated evidenced-based program.
