Council meets in work sesson the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 4:00 in Council Chambers at City Hall. Regular session meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. on the Thursday following each work session. The meeting schedule may change if the scheduled meeting falls on a holiday. HACAP will distribute via their mobile pantry on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 4-5 at the Lowe Park Arts and Environment Center (4500 N 10th Street). Income eligibility guidelines apply.

Leading up to the library's building project, this group is a place for advocates to share ideas and to brainstorm about ways to engage the community. Everyone who loves the library is welcome, no matter where you live!
