Hey high schoolers: do you love Simon and the Homo Sapiens Agenda? Come watch Love, Simon at the Marion Public Library! Popcorn and other snacks will be provided. This program is for high schoolers only. Middle schoolers can stop by our Early Out Hangout in Meeting Room A for games and crafts.

Gear up for some friendly competition at the Marion Public Library! We've got Fortnite and Mario Kart for Nintendo Switch, plus an XBox 360 and Nintendo Wii. We also have awesome board games like Exploding Kittens, Splendor, and more. Want to play Dungeons & Dragons (5th edition)? We've got materials for you to run your own game. Come ready to play.    This program is for 5th - 12th graders only! Come to listen, snack, or share what’s on your mind in this no pressure, judgement-free zone. Open to all middle and high schoolers. In December, YAK meets only once, on Friday, December 14th. Come participate in our "Do Good Craft" and drink hot cocoa!

Each Saturday morning, at least one City Council member will be in the library's lobby, ready to chat with you about City issues and questions. Please stop by and share your thoughts and opinions! On Farmer's Market dates, Council members will be at the market instead of the library: September 1: Taube Park September 29: Fall Marion Market (on Swamp Fox Weekend)
