Join us for a fun, unstructered social play time for you and your youngest children! This event is sponsored by our wonderful friends at Wit's End Coffeehouse in Marion; they provide delicious, fresh-brewed coffee for the grown-ups to enjoy while they children socialize with others and play with our age-appropriate early literacy toys. This program is drop-in so no sign-up is required!
We’ve got a space set aside just for teens every Tuesday and Friday from 3-4 p.m. Do homework, hang out with friends, or just relax. It’s your space—make it what you want it to be!

Each Saturday morning, at least on City Council member spends some time in the library's lobby, ready to chat with you about City issues and questions. Please stop by and share your thoughts and opinions!
This class will teach an evidence-based, easy to learn and effective parenting program for parents of children ages 18 months to 5 years. 1-2-3 Magic offers strategies for parents to manage their children’s challenging behaviors. This workshop focuses on more action and less talk, parents will work together with the PEC facilitator to determine the areas of concern and establish action steps. This interactive story time is geared for ages 18 months to 3 years (little ones and big kids can come too but the materials used will be for the toddler age group!) Each session last 20 minutes and includes stories, songs, rhymes and other fun activities!
