Upcoming Software Transition
															The Marion Public Library is undergoing a transition in software for our events calendar and meeting room management system. This upgrade is designed to make it easier to browse programs, reserve rooms, and stay connected with everything happening at the library.
Our current online system will be temporarily unavailable starting Monday, December 1 at 9 a.m. The new system is expected to go live by Tuesday, December 2 at noon.
To help us prepare for the transition, please take note of the following:
- The library will not be accepting new reservation requests for meeting rooms from Monday, November 24 through Tuesday, December 2 at noon. Any existing reservations will be carried over to the new system.
 
- Study rooms can be reserved as usual through Sunday, November 30. Those looking to reserve a study room on December 1 or 2 can speak with staff at a desk or call the library’s main line (319-377-3412) to book these spaces.
